SALMAN KHURSHID served as the union minister of external affairs, law and justice, and minority affairs in the Government of India. He is also
a designated senior counsel in the Supreme Court of India, has authored over twelve books and is a prolific columnist. A senior member of the Indian National Congress, Khurshid also taught law at the University of Oxford.
