Debashis Chatterjee is an internationally published and widely translated author of fiction and non-fiction, and the author of the national bestseller 1 Minute Wisdom. He has written poetry for over three decades, bringing the same reflective sensibility to both verse and aphorism. His academic career spans IIM Calcutta, IIM Lucknow and IIM Kozhikode, where he served as dean and later became the institute’s longest-serving director. He has also held international academic roles, including serving as a dean in Singapore and as a senior Fulbright fellow at Harvard Kennedy School.
