Prakhar Vishwani is a writer and director who likes telling stories but hates calling himself a storyteller. Born in Agra to a family of doctors, he once found himself in Kota preparing for medical school, where he quickly realized he was far more interested in dissecting characters than cadavers. This detour led him to a film school in Mumbai; the city he now calls home. Over the past several years, Prakhar has directed ads, films, and non-fiction shows for brands and platforms across India. Wedding on the Maharaja Express is his debut novel and, statistically speaking, his best so far.
