Siddhesh Gautam is a multi-discipline, mixed-media artist, designer, writer, poet, dreamer, storyteller, treasure hunter, soul searcher and an Ambedkarite. His art traces a personal and political journey toward Begumpura (the land without sorrow) where dignity, equality, and freedom are realities.
Working across illustration, text, and visual narratives, Siddhesh creates worlds where history breathes, forgotten voices return, and the boundaries between past and present dissolve. His practice is deeply rooted in the visual documentation of the anti-caste movement, while also engaging with questions of climate justice and gender equality. Through his work, he invites readers to unlearn, to feel discomfort, and to rediscover connection with themselves and with the world around them.
