Aadesh Goyal

Aadesh Goyal, senior leader and one of the foremost voices in the HR community has a unique vantage point for writing this book. He was Global CHRO, Tata Communications till June 2024 where he led HR transformation for a 12,500-employee global organization across 40 countries. During this period, the company’s revenue grew from approximately USD 2.6 billion to USD 5+ billion.
Before this, he was Dual CHRO and CIO at Hughes Software Systems. He’s currently on several boards and advisory committees.
