As life pulls Eylu¨l in tethers, the demands of the law firm highlight her unpreparedness, but she can only obsess over her mother’s unconvincing drowning thanks to an old letter which seems to belong to her mother.

What begins is a complex odyssey as she chases after an Izmirli with one thought: did Izmirli cause her mother’s death?

As Eylu¨l delves deeper into the mysteries of her mother’s past and her love life, it becomes unclear, what is Izmirli? Is her mother’s past and Eylu¨l’s present one of the same, has memory and reality merged into one Each discovery reveals a bigger and darker hole in a seemingly endless tunnel.
