Arushi Gupta

Arushi is a lawyer and public policy professional who has been writing love stories since she was eighteen. By day, she uses words to build arguments and write policy memos. The rest of the time, she uses them to create characters with terrible timing and excellent chemistry.
Raised on Rahul and Anjali, Geet and Aditya, and Elizabeth Bennet and Mr Darcy, her romantic standards were arguably doomed from the start. Take a Chance on Me is her debut novel and her attempt to put Indian romance on the world map.

When she is not writing, she is rewatching Friends for the hundredth time, hosting an imaginary cooking show in her kitchen with full commentary, and treating coffee as its own food group.
