C.V. Ananda Bose

Dr C.V. Ananda Bose, the Honorable Governor of West Bengal, is a distinguished Indian Administrative Service officer known for pioneering social innovations in governance, housing, women’s empowerment, and culture. A recipient of 35 national and international awards, including UN recognition of his initiatives as global best practices, he has represented India at CERN, ITER and various international forums. A Jawaharlal Nehru Fellow and the first fellow of the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, he is also a prolific writer with over 115 books across genres, several of which are bestsellers. He is widely acknowledged as a visionary ‘man of ideas’.
