Ritu Sharma was a writer, scholar, and an educationist. She had extensively studied both philosophy and astrology, and used to a column for India’s leading newspapers, The Indian Express, and a series for a US-based magazine called Little India. She has authored two books, The Householder and KarmaSutra.

Swati Srivastava is an engineer turned writer. After graduating from IIT Delhi, she worked at General Electric (GE). With time, she realised that there is something more to her existence and she quit her MNC job in pursuit of the real purpose of her life. ओशो, जिन्हें क्रमशः भगवान श्री रजनीश, ओशो रजनीश, या केवल रजनीश के नाम से जाना जाता है, एक भारतीय , विचारक, धर्मगुरु और रजनीश आंदोलन के प्रणेता-नेता थे। अपने संपूर्ण जीवनकाल में आचार्य रजनीश को एक विवादास्पद रहस्यदर्शी, गुरु और आध्यात्मिक शिक्षक के रूप में देखा गया। वे धार्मिक रूढ़िवादिता के बहुत कठोर आलोचक थे, जिसकी वजह से वह बहुत ही जल्दी विवादित हो गए और ताउम्र विवादित ही रहे। 1960 के दशक में उन्होंने पूरे भारत में एक सार्वजनिक वक्ता के रूप में यात्रा की और वे पूंजीवाद और धार्मिक रूढ़िवाद के प्रखर आलोचक रहे। उन्होंने मानव कामुकता के प्रति एक ज्यादा खुले रवैया की वकालत की, जिसके कारण वे भारत तथा पश्चिमी देशों में भी आलोचना के पात्र रहे, हालाँकि बाद में उनका यह दृष्टिकोण अधिक स्वीकार्य हो गया।
