L.C. Singh

L.C. Singh is the founder and executive chairman of Nihilent. He is a distinguished alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology and an alumnus of the Harvard Business School. A pioneer in the field of information technology, he performed key roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). He founded Nihilent in 2000.

LC is the author of Nihilent’s patented change management framework. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI) and Computer Society of India (CSI), and a certified Due Diligence Professional (CDDP). He is an internationally recognized thought leader on design & systems thinking, and an invited speaker at global conferences on Design Thinking, Change Management, and Digital Disruption. He scripted and produced the movie Banaras: A Mystic Love Story. He continues to be a student of ontology and epistemology.

Karishma S. Kaushik

Dr Karishma Kaushik is a physician, scientist, educator, and science communicator whose career spans medicine, research, policy, and outreach across India and abroad. After earning her MBBS and MD in Microbiology, she completed a PhD in Biophysics in the US, returning to India to lead an independent research group and later a national life science program. She co-founded Talk To A Scientist, India’s only webinar-based science outreach platform for students. Featured on the cover of a UNESCO book on women in science, Karishma continues to inspire young scientists through her work, writing, and advocacy.

Anushree

Anushree is a psychologist and writer based in India with a background in psychology, law, and business. She brings a holistic understanding of human behaviour, family dynamics, child psychology, and work-life relationships. Over the past decade, she has worked with individuals, families, adolescents, and schools, offering counselling, wellness groups, and mindfulness programmes that foster emotional well-being and sustainable coping mechanisms. She runs an online counselling practice, Think Out Loud (www.thinkoutloud.co.in), and is trained in family law counselling, trauma intervention, CBT, and youth mindfulness. Having experienced personal loss, her work focuses on helping communities find meaning and hope after grief.

Jiban Narah

Jiban Narah is a poet, novelist, teacher, and dreamer—one of the most original and influential literary voices from Assam. His work has travelled across India through translations into Bengali, Hindi, Manipuri, Marathi, Oriya, Gujarati, and Tamil. Earlier in 2009, his poems reached English readers in The Orange Hill and The Buddha and Other Poems.

Anindita Kar

Anindita Kar is a translator specializing in Assamese and Bengali texts into English, known for bringing contemporary literature from the region to a wider audience.
