Suryakant Tripathi ‘Nirala’ (1896-1961) was an editor, essayist, novelist and one of the architects of Chhayawaad Movement in Hindi poetry. His writings, alongside those of Premchand and Jaishankar Prasad, herald the first major flowering of Hindi literature in the twentieth century. Some of his notable works include Anaamika, Geetika, Tulsidas, Chaturi Chamar, Kulli Bhat and Ravindra Kavita Kaanan.

Abhishek Borah is an Associate Professor at INSEAD, France. In the past, he has been an assistant professor at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington, Seattle and a visiting assistant professor at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Prior to academia, he worked for McKinsey & Company in India.

Abhishek was raised in Nagaland and studied in Dimapur, Shillong, Delhi, and Los Angeles. He is the winner of the Varadarajan award for early career contributions to Marketing Strategy and a Marketing Science Institute (MSI) young scholar. Seishi Yokomizo
Seishi Yokomizo (1902-81) was one of Japan’s most famous and best-loved mystery writers. He was born in Kobe and spent his childhood reading detective stories, before beginning to write stories of his own, the first of which was published in 1921. He went on to become an extremely prolific and popular author, best known for his Kosuke Kindaichi series, which ran to 77 books, many of which were adapted for stage and television in Japan.
