Saksham Garg is a former editor at Penguin Random House India. For seven years, he studied at Woodstock School, Mussoorie, from where he could see the snow-capped Seven Hills of this story. He currently spends his time between New Delhi and Jaipur, and, outside of work, is often found on the football field or practising the violin.

Mukesh Sud
Mukesh Sud, a former faculty at IIM Ahmedabad (IIMA), was previously an entrepreneur. A visiting fellow at the Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge, he continues to teach both at IIMA and Ashoka University. His co-authored book, Leapfrog: Six Practices to Thrive, is a national bestseller and has been translated into many languages. His next book, Simple Thinking: Solving Problems with Simplicity, is due for release in early 2026. Mukesh is currently working on a collection of short stories.
Priyank Narayan
Priyank Narayan is a faculty member at the department of entrepreneurship and management at Ashoka University, where he also serves as the founding director of the InfoEdge Centre for Entrepreneurship. Before joining Ashoka, he spent many years as an entrepreneur and worked as a management consultant. He is a recipient of IBM’s Global Faculty Award and teaches as guest faculty at IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad and HEC Paris. Priyank is the co-author of Leapfrog: Six Practices to Thrive, a national bestseller, and holds a PhD from IIT Delhi. He is also a visiting fellow at the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK.
Maithreyi Karnoor
Maithreyi Karnoor is the recipient of the Charles Wallace India Trust Fellowship for creative writing and translation at Literature Across Frontiers, University of Wales Trinity Saint David. She has won the Kuvempu Bhasha Bharati prize for translation and has been shortlisted for the Lucien Stryk Asian Translation Prize and the Montreal International Poetry Prize. Sylvia: Distant Avuncular Ends is her debut novel.
Mysore Nataraja
Dr Mysore Nataraja has worked with the US nuclear industry and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission as a technical expert for over forty years. An acclaimed writer in Kannada, he has published several collections of poems, plays, short stories and essays. He is the recipient of many literary awards, including the Gorur Award (2004) and Alwa’s Nudi Siri Award of Mudubidri (2018).
Arvind Agrawal
Arvind N. Agrawal, managing partner, Lead Associates, is an executive coach and a consultant with extensive corporate experience, having held senior positions in leading organizations like RPG Group, Escorts Construction Equipment and Escorts JCB. He was awarded the National HRD Award in 1992. He served as the national president of the National HRD Network from 2000 to 2002 and received the Lifetime Achievement Award by Businessworld HR Excellence Summit and Awards in 2021.
BVR Mohan Reddy
B.V.R. Mohan Reddy is an Indian entrepreneur, and founder and chairman of Cyient, a global technology solutions company. By pioneering outsourced engineering services from India in 1991, Mohan led Cyient to contribute over $5 billion in cumulative exports and firmly placed India on the global engineering, research and development (ER&D) services map.
Mohan spearheaded several industry bodies and served as the chairman of NASSCOM and chairman of CII, Southern Region. He is also the founding director of T-Hub, India’s largest start-up incubation centre.
He took up several leadership positions to promote higher education. He is the chairman of the Board of Governors of IIT Hyderabad and IIT Roorkee, a member of the Leadership Advisory Board (LAB) at the University of Michigan College of Engineering, the USA, and a member of the Court of Governors of Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI).
Mohan was the recipient of India’s fourth-highest civilian award-the Padma Shri-in 2017 for his contribution to trade and industry.
Ashok Ganguly
Dr Ashok Shekar Ganguly is a noted industry expert, former chairman of Hindustan Lever and was a nominated member of the Rajya Sabha. Much of Dr Ganguly’s working life has been with Unilever PLC, where he spent over thirty-five years. He was the chairman of Hindustan Lever Ltd from 1980 to 1990 and a member of the Unilever Board from 1990 to 1997. Dr Ganguly has held board-level positions with various other multinationals, including Hindustan Lever, ICI India, British Airways, Wipro, Tata AIG Life Insurance Co, Hemogenomics and Firstsource Solutions. He was a member of the board of British Airways PLC from 1996 to 2005.
