Dr Randeep Guleria

Dr Randeep Guleria, Director of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, is an MD in Medicine and the first DM in Pulmonary Medicine in the country. A leading and world recognized pulmonologist, he has been the chairperson and member of various policy and health forums. He has been a member of Joint Monitoring Group of Govt of India created for pandemic and outbreak management in India since 2005 and has been at the forefront of the Government of India efforts on COVID-19 pandemic preparedness and response in the country. He has published more than 350 research papers and popular articles in reputed National and International medical journals. Recipient of many awards and honours including the Padma Shri’ (2015), ‘Dr. B.C. Roy National Award’ in the category of Eminent Medical Person (2014), Times Healthcare achievers award in the ‘Legends’ category (2017), ‘Doctor of the Decade’ award by the Indian Medical Association (2017) and “National Excellence Award” by the TP Jhunjhunwala Foundation (2017-2018), Dr. Guleria has delivered more than 8 national orations.

Dr Randeep Guleria

Dr Randeep Guleria was appointed as the director of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in March 2017. A leading and world recognized pulmonologist, he is a regular speaker for various policy and health forum. He has been at the forefront of the Government of India efforts on Coronavirus pandemic preparedness and response in the country. He has received many awards and accolades including Dr BC Roy Award as well as India’s fourth highest civilian honour Padma Shree in year 2015.

Dr Gagandeep Kang

Dr Gagandeep Kang is an infectious disease researcher, who links community-based research to high quality laboratory investigation. With thirty years of research at the Christian Medical College, Vellore, she has built collaborative programmes focused on enteric diseases, nutrition and the environment. She supported the development of two rotavirus vaccines made by Indian companies through clinical and laboratory testing. She serves on many advisory committees in India and internationally, including for the World Health Organisation. She was the Executive Director of Translational Health Science and Technology Institute, Faridabad from 2016 to 2020. A fellow of many prestigious academies in India and internationally, in 2019, she became the first woman working in India to be inducted as a Fellow of Royal Society, London.

Joseph James

James Joseph is the founder of JackFruit365, an initiative to create an organized market for nutrient-rich jackfruits in India. He has twenty years of experience in North America, Europe and India with globally reputed organizations like Microsoft, 3M and Ford. In his last role as director, executive engagement, Microsoft, he was responsible for strengthening the company’s relationship with senior executives of the top 200 enterprises in India, which he managed from his village in Kerala. Prior to this James was responsible for manufacturing industry marketing for Microsoft in the UK. James is a recipient of several awards, including the Circle of Excellence, the highest award at Microsoft, and the Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year instituted by TiEcon Kerala.
He has a master’s degree in engineering business management from University of Warwick, UK, and a degree in mechanical engineering from College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram.

Prabhakar Kumar Mishra

Prabhakar Kumar Mishra is a Delhi-based journalist with roots in Gopalganj, Bihar. As a Supreme Court reporter, he covered the Aydohya title suit. He has told this story in this book. He forayed into journalism with degrees of LLB and MA in Political Science. He is working as Assistant Editor with News 24 TV channel. He writes columns in various newspapers and magazines and also teaches as guest faculty in Delhi University from where he did his own journalism course.

Pradeep Shrivastava

Pradeep Shrivastava is a senior journalist who has doing political main stream reporting of the country till three decades. He is associated with Jansatta (Indian Express Group) more than two decades and then he worked for 5 years in the post of Associated Editor in Sanmarg daily published from Kolkata. He originally belongs to Balia, UP. And has a keen grip on the country’s politics. He got his education Magadh University, Bodhgaya and Banaras Hindu University. Presently he lives with his family in the national capital region and is engaged in writing work with journalism.

Amit Khan

Amit Khan, is the bestselling writer for more than 100 novels, was born at Pilkhuwa district Ghaziabad. Dr. Sanjiv Mishra

Dr. Sanjiv Mishra is a Climate Change Fellow, Cornell University, United States, and has received several other journalistic fellowships in India.

During his experience of over 24 years in Hindi journalism, he has had a journey from being a reporter to editor in Swatantra Bharat, Aaj, Dainik Jagran, National Duniya, Haribhoomi, Rajasthan Patrika Group.

He has been writing a regular editorial column and doing consultations in  Dainik Jagran, Amar Ujala, Lokmat Samachar, Aaj Samaj, Rajasthan Patrika, Jansatta, etc. His stories have been published in major newspapers and literary magazines of the country.

Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor at STEP – HBTI, Kanpur.

Zuni Chopra

Zuni Chopra has a passion for fantasy writing and poetry, and her favourite authors include Neil Gaiman and Lewis Carroll. She lives in Mumbai with her parents, older brother and their six dogs. This is her first novel.
