A certified Pilates instructor, Namrata started her career at the age of sixteen and is one of the youngest trained Stott Pilates instructors in the world. She runs her own fitness studio, The Pilates and Altitude Training Studio (www.pilatesaltitude.com), which enjoys the distinction of being the first studio in the world to offer both Pilates as well as a simulated altitude-training room under one roof, and which has been the Official Fitness Expert for The Femina Miss India International pageant from 2011 onwards. Namrata has played squash and football at the national and state levels, respectively.
She is the author of the bestselling book, The Lazy Girl’s Guide to Being Fit.

N. Ravichandran graduated from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in 1980. In the same year he joined IIM Ahmedabad as a faculty in production and quantitative methods (P&QM) area at IIMA. He has taught several courses in the areas of operations research, operations management and competitive strategy. He provided transformational leadership to IIM Indore in the capacity of director during November 2008-January 2014. He is the founder president of Case Research Society of India (CRSI) which is created to promote case method of teaching in Indian business schools. He has also founded a not-forprofit foundation, Management Research Foundation (MRF), to improve quality of management education in India.
Gayathri Ponvannan
Gayathri Ponvannan’s first book, Time Racers, was published by Puffin India in 2016, and her second book, Unstoppable, was published by Hachette India in 2019. She has also written for several newspapers, anthologies and magazines. Gayathri holds an MSc in Creative Writing from the University of Edinburgh, and is currently working on two more books for children, as well as a work of historic non-fiction.
