Carlotta Gall

Carlotta Gall has worked for the New York Times since 1999, including over ten years in Afghanistan and Pakistan. She previously worked for the Financial Times and the Economist. In 2007 she was featured in the Academy Award-winning documentary Taxi to the Dark Side. She is the co-author with Thomas de Waal of Chechnya: A Small Victorious War, which won the James Cameron Award. In addition, Gall has been awarded the Kurt Schork Award for international freelance journalism, the Interaction award for outstanding international reporting, and the Weintal Prize for Diplomatic Reporting by Georgetown University.

G Sampath

G. Sampath is a Delhi-based journalist and columnist. He has also worked as a schoolteacher, advertising copywriter, corporate communications manager, spin doctor, executive slave-driver with an HR magazine and washing machine salesman.

Jagmohan Singh Bhasin

Juggi Bhasin was one of the first television journalists in
India. He joined Doordarshan News in 1987. He has many
landmark news reports to his credit, including the demolition
of the Babri Masjid in 1992. He has also been a senior
anchor for Lok Sabha Television. He moved to Mumbai in
2007 to be with his wife, a senior banking professional, and
son. Besides writing, he is passionate about acting. Over the
years he has worked in theatre with several well-known
directors in Delhi.

Rahul Saini

Rahul Saini is the bestselling author of three hugely popular novels
Those Small Lil Things, Just Like in the Movies and The Orange
Hangover. Formerly an architect, he has a keen interest in photography,
fi lm-making and fi ne arts. Currently he serves as a visiting faculty
member for an art and design program at a prestigious university in

Shobha Nihalani

Shobha Nihalani is the author of The Silent Monument. Her debut novel, Karmic Blues, was translated and published in Denmark. Harsho Mohan Chattoraj

Harsho Mohan Chattoraj is a graphic novelist and illustrator based in Kolkata. He has been involved in the creation of comics and graphic novels for over a decade. His most recently published works are Kolkata Kaleidoscope, The Hyderabad Graphic Novel, Chakrapurer Chakkare and Dhyan Chand. Nath Pratibha
