Prafull Anubhai did his BSc (Economics) from the London School of Economics and attended the Programme for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard Business School. He has thirty years of experience as chief executive of textile manufacturing operations and has been a corporate advisor associated with educational institutions like Indian Institute of Management (IIMA), Ahmedabad Education Society (AES), Ahmedabad University, and Centre for Science Technology and Policy (CSTEP). He is the Chairman of the Board of Management of the Ahmedabad University, a member of the Governing Board of AES and the Honorary Director of Saptak Archives, an institution dedicated towards the preservation and dissemination of Indian classical music. Presently, he is a Director in companies like Unichem Laboratories Ltd., Vardhman Textiles Ltd., Birla Sun Life Trustee Co. Pvt. Ltd, GRUH Finance Ltd. (a subsidiary of HDFC Ltd), and Torrent Cables Ltd., among others. He lives in Ahmendabad.

Debashis Sarkar, Managing Partner at Proliferator Advisory & Consulting, is a prominent organizational improvement expert from Asia. His work focuses on customer centricity, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness, with a client footprint spanning Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

Notably, Sarkar pioneered the application of lean management in service companies across Asia in the early 2000s. He is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and was recognized by the Journal of Engineering Research as one of the top 50 contributors to the field of quality management. An accomplished author, he has received numerous accolades, including the Phil Crosby Medal, the Simon Collier Award, and QCI’s Quality Champion Award.

Dr Rajan Sankaran, an internationally renowned homeopath, has been in practice since 1981. He developed the ‘sensation method’ in homeopathy, on which he gives lectures and seminars throughout the world. Dr Sankaran is the author of several books, including The Spirit of Homeopathy, The Substance of Homeopathy, The Sensation in Homeopathy and Homeopathy for Today’s World. He lives in Mumbai and is the head of The Other Song International Academy of Advanced Homeopathy.

Rajiv Rajendra, consultant, trainer, and author, has spent many years covering different management assignments around the globe, earlier with one of the largest companies in the world and later advising and training firms of all shapes and sizes. He has presented and delivered sessions at many leading business schools and has been a speaker at various forums including corporate seminars and industry association meetings.

Rajiv believes that the learning process is only complete with relevant practical exposure and a fun work environment, and both advisory clients and participants in his training sessions would testify for both elements to be significant reasons for his popularity as a consultant and trainer. He also travels extensively and his interactions with thinkers, practitioners, and interesting people have helped him in his thought journey.

Rajiv has authored the well-received, ‘The Handbook of Global Corporate Treasury’
and two mass fiction novels, ‘Doosra’ and its sequel ‘The League’. He has a degree in Computer Engineering with a Masters in Finance and Marketing. Rajiv is also a playwright and theatre director and runs Blu Lotus, a foundation created to foster literacy, creativity and culture.

Prof. Arnab Kumar Laha is a member of the faculty at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He received his PhD degree from the Indian Statistical Institute. He has a strong interest in the fi elds of business
analytics, quality management and risk management and teaches several courses on these subjects at IIMA. He
has published several research papers in national and international journals of repute.

Prof. Laha was featured among India’s best business school professors by Business Today in 2006 and
Business India in 2012. In August 2014, he was named as one of the ’10 Most Prominent Analytics Academicians in India’ by Analytics India Magazine. He is the convener of the IIMA series of conferences on Advanced Data Analysis, Business Analytics and Intelligence, which is held biennially since 2009. He has been associated as a consultant with several reputed organizations, both in the private and public sectors.

Meenakshi Sharma is an Associate Professor at IIM Ahmedabad. She earned her PhD and research Masters degrees from the University of Queensland. Her teaching and research areas range across Organizational Communication, Cultural Studies, and Post-colonial Theory and Literature. Her publications include a book on Post-colonial Indian writing and articles in international refereed journals and books on Management Communication and Post-colonial Criticism.

At IIMA, she coordinates and teaches on an executive training programme on effective communication strategies for leaders. She also runs workshops on presentations skills, written communication, and persuasive communication in training programmes for executives of government services, PSUs, and MNCs.

Bachi Karkaria is a pioneer in Indian journalism, and the creator of path-breaking brands for the Times Group. She is also a popular columnist, bestselling author, literature festival curator and international media trainer. She was the first Indian board member of the Paris-based World Editors Forum, a Jefferson Fellow from Hawaii’s East-West Center, and the recipient of the Mary Morgan-Hewitt Award for Lifetime Achievement. Karkaria’s books include the critically acclaimed bestseller In Hot Blood: The Nanavati Case That Shook India; Mills, Molls and Moolah; Behind the Times; Mumbai Masti; The Cake That Walked; and collected editions of her columns in various publications.

Sudha Murty was born in 1950 in Shiggaon, north Karnataka. She did her MTech in computer science, and is now the chairperson of the Infosys Foundation. A prolific writer in English and Kannada, she has written novels, technical books, travelogues, collections of short stories and non-fiction pieces, and six bestselling books for children. Her books have been translated into all the major indian languages. Sudha Murty is the recipient of the R.K. Narayan Award for Literature (2006), the Padma Shri (2006) and the Attimabbe Award from the Government of Karnataka for excellence in Kannada literature (2011).
