Riddhi Maniar Doda grew up in the megalopolis of Mumbai, where stories could be found in every conversation and every corner. She headed the content department of various organizations, after graduating with a major in visualization from Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art and post graduating in copywriting. Her other children’s books include The Boy Who Wore Bangles, Drip Drip Lick Lick Meow Meow and 64 Squares With Dada. When not writing, you can find Riddhi raiding her son’s bookshelf!

Dr Anant Deshmukh is a researcher, critic and the biographer of social reformers of Maharashtra including Shridhar Pant, Shridhar Balwant Tilak, Dinanath Dalal and RP Paranjape. Dr Anant played a crucial role in mapping RD Karve’s life and bringing his biography to life. Having spent over twenty years teaching, Dr Anant’s research includes that of 19th century Maharashtra and literary criticism. He has published 45 books across genres including travelogues and short story collections.

General Satyawant Mallanah Shrinagesh was an Indian military officer who served as Chief of Army Staff of the Indian Army from 1955 till 1957. General Shrinagesh retired on 7 May 1957, completing 34 years of distinguished military service. Post retirement, he served as the governor of Assam from 1959 to 1962, then as the governor of Andhra Pradesh from 1962 to 1964 and finally as Governor of Mysore (now Karnataka) from 1964 to 1965. He also served as principal of the Administrative Staff College of India in Hyderabad, Hyderabad State from 1957 to 1959.

Mahesh Joshi has more than eighteen years of experience in private equity, including eight years in impact investing. As the head of Asia Private Equity at BlueOrchard, he focuses on investments in insurance and financial services that drive climate adaptation and resilience across South and South-east Asia. BlueOrchard is a leading global impact investment manager
and member of the Schroders Group, UK.
Prior to BlueOrchard, Mahesh was a director at LeapFrog Investments and focused on investing in companies that improve access and affordability of healthcare products and services across emerging markets in Asia. He previously spent ten years in private equity in India across IDFC Private Equity (now Investcorp) and Darby (private equity arm of Franklin Templeton). He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a bachelor’s in computer science engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.

Riva Razdan is the author of Arzu (2021). She is also the author of The Naani Diaries (2023) which is in development as a feature film by the Oscar-nominated Meralta films (Indian Matchmaking, I am Ready Warden) in Hollywood. She is a screenwriter for Dharma Productions, Balaji Telefilms and Alchemy productions.
