Rupa Gulab is a Mumbai-based freelance writer and columnist, and the author of Girl Alone and Chip of the Old Blockhead. She scribbled her first stories, Hamlet the Cutlet and Nostracious Nominovich-The Commie Spy, while in her early teens to keep her two little sisters amused.
