S.R. Gopalan is the founder of Dawn Consulting and Bizworth India, which provide advisory services covering finance, regulation, taxation and strategic aspects of business and the valuation of enterprises and intangibles. Start-ups and early stage companies constitute a large proportion of his 350 clients. Gopalan was president of TiE Bangalore and serves on the boards of several companies. He has had a successful corporate career with Union Carbide and Wipro.
