Sandeep Das

Sandeep Das is a leadership coach, bestselling author and global speaker. An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, he has over fifteen years of corporate experience, having served as director at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later as global foresight lead at Mars Wrigley, where he advised senior leadership on strategy and long-term growth.

As the founder of Building Leaders for Tomorrow—a platform committed to developing future-ready professionals—Sandeep has worked with more than 100 leadership teams worldwide, coaching executives in negotiation, business storytelling, executive presence and strategic thinking. His clients include Unilever, Amazon, Infosys, Mondelez, Novo Nordisk, Pernod Ricard and DCM Shriram.

He has authored six books—his book How Business Storytelling Works remained on bestseller lists for forty consecutive weeks and is prescribed reading at IIM Bangalore and IIM Lucknow.
