Ajay Kumar Joshi leads the Supply Chain and Production vertical at Penguin Random House India, one of the country’s foremost publishing houses. With over two decades of cross-functional experience, Ajay has played a pivotal role in shaping efficient, scalable, and environmentally conscious supply chain.
He has spearheaded initiatives around 100% recycled paper sourcing, eco-friendly printing practices & Digital print program.
Ajay actively collaborates with printers, vendors, and global teams to introduce innovations in book manufacturing, inventory management, and sustainable materials, ensuring both quality and environmental compliance.
Ajay oversees the entire supply chain for local and Southeast Asian markets. He is passionate about exploring new technologies and sustainable automation methods that align with his organisation’s vision of giving back to the community.
